Vintage Red Enameled Polka Dot Rose Brooch

Adorable vintage rose brooch made out of metal covered in red enamel with white polka dots. It closes on the back with a barrel closure and is signed, "Joan Rivers". The brooch is in excellent unused condition and comes in its original box. It measures 2 3/8" in diameter.
