1990s Karl Lagerfeld Choker Necklace with Enamel Heart and Flower Frontpiece

1990s Karl Lagerfeld choker necklace with a heart and flower front-piece. The front-piece is made out of a gold-tone metal and enameled with a flower and heart design. It is curved, measures 5 1/4" long x 7/8" wide and is attached with gold-tone chains on each side. The necklace is adjustable and can be worn from 14" up to 16 3/4".  The back of the necklace is stamped, "KL" and there is a plaque marked, "KL" hanging from the end of the chain. It is in very good condition condition but there is a small spot on the clasp where some gold-plating is missing (see photo #7).
