Vintage Panetta Sterling Vermeil and Black Enamel Ring 7

Vintage Panetta sterling silver ring plated in gold. It is a size 7. The gold part is modernist in shape and it has an interesting textured pattern throughout. The top of the ring is black enamel. The interior of the ring is stamped, "Panetta" and "Sterling".
