1970s Ciner Red and Blue Enamel Hoop Earrings

1970s Ciner red and blue enamel hoop clip-on earrings. They measure 1 1/4" long x 1/4" wide and are signed, 'Ciner' on the back of the clips. They are in excellent condition.
