1950s Magenta 'Cumquat' Series Bracelet Napier

This bracelet is from Napier's 1955 'moonglow cumquat' series - featured on page 310 of the book, 'The Napier Co.: Defining 20th Century American Costume Jewelry'. The bracelet consists of two magenta colored lucite beads which hang down from a gold-tone bracelet. The beads are made out of a resin named, 'moonglow' by Napier because of is luminous quality. Each bead is topped with thick gold-tone curled metal tendrils. The bracelet measures 7 3/4" long and closes with a fold-over clasp which is marked, 'Napier' on the back. It is in very good condition. The 'moonglow' cumquat series had enormous success in the 1950s and became a best seller for Napier. I also have the matching earrings and necklace listed.
