Emilio Pucci Aqulia 2 Eagle Scarf
Beautiful early 1970s Emilio Pucci scarf featuring shades of blue and a giant eagle in the center soaring above snowy covered mountains. It measures 35" x 34". It is titled, ‘Aquila 2’ - Aquila means eagle in Latin but I’m not sure what this scarf refers to or was made for. The border features swords and an eagle with the number ‘2’ in each corner. Eagles were sometimes used as symbols by the Roman army - that might explain the swords in the borders. I truly don’t know but I love this scarf for its aesthetic value and its mystery! Excellent condition with one small pull which can be seen in photo #8.
