1960s Pierre Cardin Modernist Large Lion Brooch

An example of Pierre Cardin's Space Age, Modernist designs. This lion brooch by Pierre Cardin dates to the 1960s. It is large in size. It measures 2 3/4" wide x 3" long - definitely a statement piece. It has a matte silver-tone finish and is in very good condition. Just a few spots where there is wear to the finish. It is signed 'Pierre Cardin' on the back and there is a white safety/stopper on the back of the brooch.
