RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you would like to make a return, we will provide a refund (minus the original cost of shipping) provided that the customer do the following:

1) Contact Ladybug Vintage within 3 days of receiving their item to request a return indicating the order details and reason for return. To do this, email us at ladybugvintagemail@gmail.com. We will reply within 24 hours of receipt of your email explaining how to return your item to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return must be received by us within 7 calendar days of the initiation of the return. If 7 days have elapsed unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

2) The customer must ship the item back to us in its original condition at their own expense. (Important - DO NOT ship back to us before receiving authorization and instructions). The customer should consider using a tracked postal service such as the one used for delivery and should also purchase insurance to cover the value of the purchase, in case of loss or damage. We are in no way responsible for loss or damage of items that you send back for return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 days of receipt of the returned item/s.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ladybugvintagemail@gmail.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
