Schreiner Pastel Colored 1950s Earrings
Hard to find and collectible pair of 1950s clip earrings designed by Schreiner of New York in the 1950s. The earrings are exquisitely fashioned with glittering faceted glass stones in shades of periwinkle, light blue, yellow and green. The green and periwinkle stones are all set in Schreiner N.Y.'s signature inverted style - Schreiner was known to reverse the setting of the stones (placing them pointed side up instead of pointed side down). The earrings measure 1 1/4" long x 1 1/8" wide and are marked 'Schreiner New York' on the back.
