1960s Trifari Faux Turquoise Beaded Bracelet

1960s Trifari faux turquoise beaded bracelet. This beautiful piece is made up of faux carved turquoise beads that are made out of a plastic resin - a cutting edge material for the time that was aligned with the "Atomic Age" design aesthetic of optimism and innovation of the 1950s. The beads have a knotted rope pattern carved into them and are interspersed with small gold-tone beads. The bracelet closes with an ornate gold-tone clasp. It measures 7" long and is best for a small wrist. The back of the bracelet is marked with the crown Trifari mark which was used from 1955 - 1969.
